Would the club have been relegated if all the so called forum fans actually tried to make a difference and create a positive energy?
Everyone is quick to blame all from coaches to refs to committee and players however One thing I have noticed over the years of involvement is that it is always the same people that are doing all the hard work putting up nets, cleaning changerooms, washing the shirts, cooking the bbq. All you so called critics should step out of your dreamworld and get involved, or maybe its too late…Div 3 or the club folding or merging is where we deserve to be ‘cos there is very little support for any of the committee at fcadelaide and little encouragement from you so called forum fans…
Step outside the anominity of the forum and try and make a positive impact through your actions, you all know who you are.
Bootcleaner i comend you for putting your hand up for the job and also for nearly saving the club you almost undid lemmy’s mess.
How ever there is not one club in the world of football when things don’t go right they point the finger to the coach, the coach is always sacked and a new one bought in. even the great chelsea sacks coachs.
my point is in your position would you not play your best 11 when you need the points the most? My sources tell me that phil was coming back from injury not that he was injured. A coach lives and dies by his decisions. End of the day the club was not good enough its sad as the boys tried hard and a good club has to go down.As for jumping ship who’s jumping? Maybe you should go back to cleaning boots and ill go back to being a snapper…….It’s not personal it’s soccer
Help needed: It´s hard to make a change when you know there are people that won´t change their attitude towards almost everything. In the last 2 years I´ve rarely seen any hint of team spirit and unity amongst the first team players, for example…..

The new committee is going to be consisting of:
President: Luke Dellit (myself)
Committee members:
As of now it currently stands as only Petros with myself in communication with another couple of players that are showing interest in the committee position’s and a couple of long term club players that i want or that i feel should be part of the committee, more will be known after a meeting on Thursday night.
As for the coach for next season it is still up in the air and will be decided over the coming months. I know where Jimmy stands through a quick discussion we had Saturday night and i know where some of the players stand and all that will be factored in when the commitee, once formed makes its final decision.

Keen i have no problem with opinions provided they express in the right place and through the right avenues, i have a problem with openly bagging the club & committee on the clubs public forum as in the end it acheives nothing
Good news to hear that Luke Delitt & Petros have put their hands up !
It has always been a great club to play at since the Adelaide Old Boys days at Adel high, and then FC Adelaide…great times and its good to see it live on.
Keg, Tas and commitee have kept this club alive with Hard work for the last few years and it would be nice if the club can continue and reward their efforts !

I wasn’t involved much this year and really dont care for the politics being discussed.
Its a shame we got relegated but we still have the opportunity next season to play good football and enjoy ourselves on a Saturday afternoon. Its a simple formula.
The club really needs an influx of some quality players and greater structure in its training. Without that we are going around in circles.
Our home ground is excellent and the key to my ongoing commitment to this club.
I’ll be back to play my role so I hope you fella’s work out the bullshit in the meantime.
See you for pre season.
