Well this week was our first away game and we trekked to Hahndorf. The game started with our lads taking total control of the game.
Within 5 minutes The Delinquent was fouled in the 18 yard box and was awarded a penalty. He coolly slotted the ball past the keeper to make it 1-0.
Within 10 minutes Schildy headed the ball past the keeper to make it a second and a third came our way via an Yves tap-in.
Half time came and went. Our lads were playing a nice possession game and looked dangerous, constantly raiding Hahndorf’s goals.
The final nail was driven into the coffin with a well rehearsed free kick outside of the 18 yard box. Geezer whipped the ball over the wall and into the net with a shot on the outside of his foot.
I’d like to congratulate the boys for another week of champagne football. Keep up the good work and we will keep reaping the rewards!
