looks like we now need even more training given there is two not one, teams still ahead of us!!
To all B team players
Dear B team players!
Unfortunately only two guys turned up for training yesterday evening – this is not a good sign for the rest of the season – For info there were plenty of A’s and C’s out training so well done to them for their efforts. You all know who you are – so be warned the rest of the games will certainly be no walks in the park when we come up against resilient teams and we stand a good chance of winning nothing (AGAIN!) if we don’t get the finger out. Food for thought for tomorrow night.
Please turn up on time tomorrow, Thursday i.e. before 6.30pm!
cheers
Davy
Great fish n’ chips fellas, many thanks to all!!
The additional late night pizzas should also slow us down for the weekend….
cheers
Kaka forgot the tartar sauce. F-
For Simmo, as every good centrehalf knows “To tartar or not to tartare”
The sauce was invented by the French, who served it as a condiment for steak tartare. As such, the name derives from tartare, which derives its name from the Tatars, a Turkic people who live primarily in Russia. While commonly spelled “tartar” in Canada and the USA, it is spelled “tartare” in France, most European countries, as well as India, Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth countries. This is based on the original French phrase sauce tartare – the alternate spelling ‘Tartar’ is used almost exclusively in North America.
Not quite exclusively.
Impressive post as always Davy, not only does playing football with you improve my skills and decision making but also my general knowledge. Bravo.
It’s the fourth paragraph on the “tartar sauce” wiki page.
how come no-one ever drinks the west end draughts tinnies.
they are a great drop!
A 30 pack is like a packet of never ending Tim-Tams
4:21 on a Friday and all Keg is thinking about is booze. Big surprise.
I presume no one drinks them Keg because you have polished them off before anyone else has a chance. It’s very Port Adelaide of you Keg, drinking the cheapest beer available given the usual Crows supporters love of a nice glass of chardy.
Only bogans drink west end draught, strewth Prez I thought you had more decorum
